Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.
1. Service Description
ShipVox AI is an AI-powered voice assistant application for PC, designed to enhance the gaming experience in compatible titles such as Star Citizen. The service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription and requires an active internet connection and a valid subscription plan.
2. Subscription Plans
ShipVox AI offers three subscription tiers — Explorer, Pilot and Commander — available on monthly or annual billing cycles. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes. ShipVox AI reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
3. Monthly Billing & Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
No refunds on monthly plans. If you cancel a monthly subscription before the current billing period ends, you will retain access until the period expires, but no partial refund will be issued for the unused time.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Annual Billing & Cancellation
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase for a 12-month period. By choosing the annual plan, you commit to the full billing cycle.
No refunds on annual plans. If you cancel an annual subscription after purchase, no refund will be issued for any remaining period. Your account will remain fully active with all plan features until the annual subscription period expires, at which point it will not renew automatically.
Annual cancellations take effect at the end of the 12-month period. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payment data is handled by Stripe and is never stored on ShipVox AI servers.
6. Account & Access
Access to the ShipVox AI application requires a verified account with an active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account with other users is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Each subscription is licensed to a single user. Device limits apply per plan as described on the Plans page.
7. Fair Use & Prohibited Use
ShipVox AI operates exclusively through screen capture, OCR and simulated input (SendInput). The application does not read, modify or interact with game memory, files or executables. It does not inject code into any process.
You agree not to use ShipVox AI to gain unfair competitive advantages in violation of the game's Terms of Service, or for any unlawful purpose. ShipVox AI reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Service Availability
ShipVox AI strives to maintain 99% service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. No refunds or credits are issued for brief service interruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code and branding of ShipVox AI are the property of their respective owners. Star Citizen is a trademark of Cloud Imperium Games. ShipVox AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cloud Imperium Games.
10. Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the service (account email, subscription status, usage statistics). We do not sell personal data to third parties. Voice data is processed in real time and is not stored permanently. For questions, contact info@shipvoxai.com.
11. Limitation of Liability
ShipVox AI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of gaming progress, account bans imposed by game publishers, or interruptions to service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
